Triscinny
 My names Triscinny, and have proudly been a part of the Guiding Steps staff for five years. I've not only been working in the studio, but also been involved with the family for quite sometime. . Through the years I've started to work another day here and there, and finally after finishing this year, I was informed that I have been promoted to a full time secretary. It's all so very exciting, considering last year I recieved the honor of becoming Backstage Director.
I love being apart of a close knit family, and a comfortable work enviornment, where there is a passion for working with children. Since i started this job I have watched countless children mature from three years old to seven,(some even participating in company), to teens to adults. There really is no better feeling than watching the children run from their cars to the studio doors, race to put their shoes on to get into the studio. Seeing the smiles at the end of the year when they finally finish thier dances, watch the excitement grow when they get the costumes they've been waiting for, the satisfaction recieved when the crowd cheers for them after thier first performance, or even have them come up to the window to hello. I look forward to another great season at Guiding Steps.
